

Under this approach, your Account Executive will focus the majority of his or her recruiting energy specifically on your needs and will also provide you candidate exclusivity. Your dedicated account executive will be involved in the day to day hiring needs of your company. This option requires a negotiated monthly fee which is put toward final payment upon placement(s) with reconciliation taking place on a quarterly basis. This is an ideal search method when you have aggressive hiring plans.

A mutual commitment is made on both sides guaranteeing you are getting our very best candidates in an agreed upon timeline. The fee is structured such that 1/3 of our fee is paid up front, 1/3 when qualified candidates are presented and the remainder when the candidate begins working for your company.
A complete placement solution. We refer candidates who match your requirements. You only pay a fee upon hiring our candidate.
